Wookie

My story

This furry gentle-dog is named Wookie and he is a spry 6 years old. Wookie was brought to us as a stray so unfortunately we don’t know much about his previous life. What we can tell you is that he does keep a clean kennel, which means he is potty trained. For dogs that sometimes only get out twice a day, this is an incredible feat. We can also tell you that a distinguished guy such as Wookie, who still sports such a coat as his, deserves more in his advanced years than sitting in a shelter kennel. This guy should be chilling in a home, with multiple beds in various places in the home (strategic to the sun and times of the day) with his family never far away. Can you give this hairy, handsome Wookie a place to live out his days in comfort and security, but most of all…love? Wookie would love to meet any potential canine siblings! Our staff will carefully handle all dog-to-dog introductions at the shelter to ensure a great match. Feel free to bring your pup along when you come to meet him!Wookie comes neutered, microchipped and up to date on vaccines.
