My story

If you're the kind of person who finds beauty in quiet moments and the magic of earning a shy animal’s trust, Tulip might just be your perfect match. Tulip is a delicate and sweet-natured kitty who has been through more than her fair share in life. She's a soft brown tabby with soulful eyes and a shy charm that quietly draws you in. While she may not be the first to seek attention, she’s learning that love is safe—and that humans can be kind. Tulip is a bit shy at first. She won’t be the one to greet you at the door or immediately jump in your lap, but with a little patience and a lot of heart, she slowly opens up. Once she feels safe, Tulip reveals her true self: gentle, affectionate, and quietly curious. She loves cozy hiding spots, sunlit windows, and calm voices. This special girl is also a survivor. Tulip has an old leg injury that has healed, but it left her with a slightly cautious gait. It doesn’t slow her down too much—she still enjoys exploring and playing in her own calm, graceful way—but it does mean she’d thrive in a quiet home without a lot of stairs or rough-and-tumble play. Tulip would do best in a peaceful, low-stress environment with a patient adopter who can give her the time and space she needs to settle in and feel secure. She might get along with another gentle cat companion, but would also be perfectly content as your one-and-only. Adopting Tulip means opening your heart to a cat who will never take your love for granted. With time, she’ll reward you with trust, companionship, and a deep, quiet bond that’s as rewarding as it is rare. Tulip is FIV/FeLV negative, up to date with vaccinations, flea-treated, dewormed, microchipped, and spayed. Their birthday is estimated to be around 10/15/2023. ##2367149##
