My story

Renzo is one big boy who knows how to take it easy. Couch? Perfect. Chair? Sure. Random corner that doesn’t quite fit him? He’ll make it work. This laid-back guy is a professional lounger—but don’t let his chill vibe fool you—Renzo has a lot to say. He’s quite the talker, especially when mealtime is near. After spending time outdoors, Renzo is still learning that food will always be there. Right now, he eats like every meal might be his last—but he’s slowly adjusting to the good life. He’s incredibly food-motivated and will never say no to wet food or treats. Renzo is also a total lovebug. He adores attention and will stretch his neck out dramatically just to invite chin, chest, or neck rubs. He’ll hold that pose, soaking up every second of affection, and won’t move a muscle until you stop. He truly thrives on love and connection. He’s FIV+, which might sound intimidating, but it really isn’t. FIV (Feline Immunodeficiency Virus) just means his immune system needs a little more support—it doesn’t stop him from living a full, happy life. He can even live with non-FIV cats as long as everyone gets along. Renzo doesn’t mind other cats at all and has shown real interest in making friends. He also had a brief encounter with a dog (from the safety of a carrier), and he didn’t hiss, growl, or swat. We’ll continue slow introductions, but he’s showing promise of being dog-friendly too. If you’re looking for a laid-back, affectionate, chatty companion who lives for pets and snacks, Renzo might just be the perfect match. ##2323821##
