My story
Fern and her baby Wilbur found themselves at a shelter in Central California, then found their way to The REAL Bark rescue. Both are being loved in separate foster homes, and Fern is looking and ready for his forever home in the Los Angeles area. Fern is a one woman dog - connects and bonds very firmly with that one and only. She would love being the only dog, and could be comfortable in a home with another if the other does not mind Fern getting most of the attention. She would be a wonderful 24/7 companion to someone who would love the same - easily transportable at a mere 11 lbs - enjoys her walks and snuggling and cuddles.
