My story

Meet Lucy! This sweet girl's devoted human recently passed away and she is desperate for a family to give her all of the love, snuggles, and scritches she's always had. Lucy loves to snuggle up and snooze with her humans or cozy up in a blanket on the floor or couch. She is such a sweet soul and responds affectionately to lots of love and attention. If you get close enough, she will lick your face endlessly if given the opportunity! Besides humans, Lucy's other true loves are food and full body rubs. She also loves to frolic in a fenced yard and will happily go anywhere and everywhere on a leash. She's great with medium and large dogs as well as cats, though she's not the biggest fan of small dogs. She also has the cutest gurgly little bulldog bark! Lucy was with her human from puppyhood to now (12 years) and is trying to find her way in a world without her. Can you show her that there's still a whole lot of love and joy left for her to experience? Lucy is approx 12 years old and 40 lbs.
