My story

🐾🐶Meet Smiley! This sweet 3-year-old Rat Terrier is looking for a forever family to share her love and sunshine with. Smiley earned her name with her joyful personality and the way her whole face lights up when she sees her people! 🐶She was recently returned to us through no fault of her own—sometimes life changes, and her family could no longer care for her. But Smiley hasn’t let that dampen her spirit. She gets along well with other dogs and is happiest when she’s near her humans—whether that’s for a walk, some playtime, or just a quiet cuddle. 🐶Smiley is currently heartworm positive, but she’s already started treatment and is doing great. Her adoption includes continued care, and we’re happy to walk you through the process—she just needs a loving home to recover and thrive.
