My story

  Born feral, Henrietta was trapped at just four months old and given a second chance at life as an indoor kitty. This transition is nothing short of a miracle, especially given the dangerous environment she once called home. Now, she stands at the brink of a new journey, waiting for a kind-hearted adopter to help her thrive in a loving and safe space.Henrietta has come a long way, but still remains a timid soul. Her ideal adopter will possess a wealth of patience, understanding, and compassion—the essential ingredients to help her flourish. She’s searching for a quiet, serene home. Preferably one with a lot of lickable treats and a few good wand toys. Henrietta has shown a fondness for her fellow felines, making her a wonderful addition to a multi-cat household. She has not been tested with dogs, but there is a possibility that she could cohabit peacefully with gentle, calm canines in the future.Henrietta is not just a kitten. She’s a beacon of potential waiting for an empathetic and loving family to guide her towards a brighter future. To ensure each pet finds the best possible home, we ask that you fill out an adoption application form so we can learn more about you and your household. We review each application we receive and will contact you as quickly as possible. A home visit will be scheduled before any pet is adopted to a new home. Once a home visit has taken place and the adoption application has been approved, we will ask you to read and sign our adoption agreement form. Our adoption fees help cover the cost of spay/neuter, veterinary exams, vaccinations, microchipping, and foster care. Highly requested breeds help cover the vet costs incurred by some of our other cats, enabling us to save more lives! $300 for purebred/highly requested kittens, 6 months or younger, such as Siamese mixes, Maine Coon mixes.  These 'guardian kittens' help support our rescue work by covering vet costs for other kittens. $200 for purebred/highly requested cats older than 6 months such as Siamese mixes, Maine Coone mixes.  These 'guardian cats' help support our rescue work by covering vet costs for other kittens. $200 for kittens (6 months & under)    $125 for cats (older than 6 months)    $75 for senior cats (8 years or older) If you are interested in adopting, please fill out an adoption application  here . We want our pets to go to a lifelong new home, so thank you for your patience during the adoption process! Fill out our Adoption Application online.  We'll contact you within 48 hours to answer any questions you may have about the pet. 2. If the pet looks like a great match, we'll schedule a meet and greet and ask you to fill out our online Adoption Agreement if you'd like to proceed with adopting.  Once you've completed the Adoption Agreement and pay the pet's Adoption Fee, you can arrange to pick up your new furry family member!
