My story

What my friends at ACC say about me:Tempura was in the den, looking out through the side door and didn't sniff treats when offered. When approached, he turned away and looked down and had a tight body. He accepted petting with the scratching tool, and then accepted petting on the cheek, head, and along the back with the assessor's hand, but without appearing to react or appreciate it. He's a sweet cat who needs time to adjust in a patient home.Tempura tolerates attention and petting but appears to be moderately fearful or stressed in the shelter. He may be a little more independent, and may need time to warm up to his new home. We recommend that he go to a home with some cat experience preferred and be well counseled in fearful cat behavior.It could be with you!
