My story

  Meet Sergio! A spunky boy with a big heart! Sergio is a large and undoubtedly handsome tuxedo boy with big ol' mittens and a tie dye nose! His favorite past-times include feather wands, snuggles and exploring window sills. Sergio is a naturally affectionate, chirpy, and easy going cat. His fun and laidback presence is incredibly charming and the perfect mix for a kitty. During the day, he is great at lounging and keeping himself busy, but when he's in the mood he loves to play! Sergio will walk between your legs in the kitchen and around the house, sit beside you while you eat, and request pets while he eats. In fact, he has excellent manners for mealtime, so expect a kiss before he chows!  However, he can get a little messy in his meal excitement, resulting in the cutest food covered nose. Sergio also has a history of occasionally missing the litter box, but this has improved upon after receiving a shot called Solensia, which alleviates any potential pain due to his an irregular vertebra. This may be needed monthly! Sergio is looking for an adult only home to let out his pent up energy! We think he could enjoy the company of another playful pet with slow intros and patience! Adoption fees are as follows, plus tax: $150 for large adult dogs (older than 1 year); $250 for small dogs (under 25 lbs) and all puppies (under 1 year); $60 for adult cats (over 6 months of age), $100 for kittens (under 6 months of age), and $25 for small animals. When you adopt a pair of kittens together, the total adoption fee is $150.  PAWS, the Philadelphia Animal Welfare Society is a 501(c)3 non-profit animal rescue organization dedicated to saving Philadelphia's homeless and at-risk animals.
