Delilah

My story

Delilah is a gentle 4-year-old American Staffordshire Terrier with a big heart and a sensitive soul. She can be shy and nervous in new situations, but once she feels safe, her sweet and affectionate personality shines. Delilah is especially loving with kids and enjoys quiet time with her people. She’s crate-trained, housebroken, and knows several commands like sit, stay, and shake. She prefers calm environments and would do best as the only pet in a home—No cats. Delilah also needs a secure space, as she’s been known to jump fences when anxious. She’s looking for a patient adopter who can help her build confidence and finally enjoy the freedom and companionship she’s been missing. With love and stability, Delilah will blossom into a loyal and wonderful companion.
