Meet Nick, an absolutely sweet and lovable 40 lb, one-year-old Pit Bull Terrier mix who is ready to find his forever home. Despite a rough start in life, Nick remains incredibly loving, trusting, and affectionate. He adores being close to people, would happily spend all day in your lap, and never turns down a belly rub. His happy-go-lucky personality makes him a joy to be around, and he gets along wonderfully with people of all ages. Nick is a well-mannered and smart pup who already knows "sit," is potty trained, and listens well to direction. He is leash-trained and walks beautifully without pulling, making him an easy companion for strolls or adventures. He is also crate-trained, giving him a comfortable place to settle in when needed. One of Nick’s favorite things to do is run and play, so he would thrive in a home with a fenced-in backyard where he can let loose and have fun. He absolutely loves other dogs and would be happiest with a playful brother or sister to keep him company. While he is friendly with cats, he may chase if they run, so a home with confident or dog-savvy cats would be best. Nick is truly an amazing dog who is ready to bring joy, love, and endless cuddles to his future family. If you’re looking for a sweet, playful, and affectionate companion, Nick is the perfect match. Contact us today to set up a meet-and-greet and give Nick the loving home he deserves! If you are interested in adopting/meeting this pup , please complete our online adoption application that you can find here: https://www.starfishanimalrescue.com/adopt/dog-adoption-application . Your application will be reviewed by our team and if it is a good fit, we will send to the foster family to set up a meet! The adoption fee of $400 will include spay/neuter, microchip, age appropriate/required vaccinations, treatment for heartworm and any other necessary medical treatment to assure a healthy new pup for your family. IMPORTANT DISCLAIMER: Although we do our best to describe breed, since our pups all come from shelters we can not and will not make any guarantee on breed or size.
