My story

Hi, I’m Gypsy - a stunning tortoiseshell beauty! After being left behind by my previous owner in Orange County, I found my way to Smittens for a second chance at the loving home I truly deserve. I can be a little shy at first and might need some patience as I settle into new surroundings and get to know new people - but every day I’m getting more confident and brave. Once I warm up to you, I’m a very friendly and curious girl - just give me a little time, and you’ll see my sweet, affectionate personality begin to shine. Treats, soft pets, snuggles, and scritches are my favorite! Give me a good ear rub or a butt scratch, and I’ll be purring and head-butting you in no time. I might even roll over for a belly rub! I also love people watching and gazing out the window to keep an eye on the world outside. I’m ready to find a forever family that will make me feel safe, loved, and cherished - just as much as I’ll cherish them in return.
