Princess Donut

My story

Hello, I am Princess Donut! I came all the way from Arkansas to find my forever home. I am 10 years young, and the vet who gave me a check-up says I am looking very good and healthy for my age. Right now, I am in a foster home that is nice and quiet, which is perfect for me! My foster mom only has good things to say about me.`Princess Donut is a very sweet, talkative lady. Her personality is gentle, curious, and affectionate. She communicates in a series of little raspy meows that don`t exactly sound complimentary, but from all the biscuits she makes, I think she must be saying something nice! She can be a little shy at first, but if you give her some time she will come out to say hello when she is ready. She loves to walk in circles around a friend, rubbing her head on them while meowing and purring, before flopping down to make some sideways air biscuits and get some belly scratches! She likes to look out the window and call to the birds. She loves to nuzzle catnip toys. She does well with people of all ages and is wonderful with children. She prefers people with a calm demeanor, and hides when she hears a dog bark downstairs, so probably doesn`t want to live with dogs! We have not tested her with cats but were told that she was nervous around them at her former shelter, so she may prefer to be an only cat.`I sound like a real catch if you ask me!
