My story

Bindi’s journey hasn’t been easy. She came to us after surviving a brutal attack by two loose dogs, leaving her with severe injuries that ultimately led to the loss of one of her legs. But from the moment we met her, Bindi amazed us all — even while healing, she was wagging her tail and trying to play. Her resilience, trust, and sweetness shine brighter than ever. Now fully recovered and thriving in her foster home, Bindi has embraced her new life as a proud and playful tripod. She enjoys the simple joys of life: snuggling with her foster family (human and canine alike), snoozing in her comfy bed, and carrying around her beloved stuffed pop tart toy. Her foster mom says Bindi is the best of both worlds — she’s full of playful energy when it’s time to romp around, but when it’s time to relax, she’s a total cuddle bunny who will melt into your arms. Bindi is looking for a forever family who will see her not for what she’s lost, but for the incredible joy, love, and strength she brings into every room. She’s more than ready to give her whole heart to someone who’s ready to give her theirs.
