Muriel

My story

Muriel is a true testimony to a dog's resilience and strength. Her story begins as one of our veterinarian partners reached out to report a stray dog roaming around the neighborhood. Beast Crew went on scene and as soon as they spotted her, they knew that she was in critical need of medical care and so afraid. Beast Crew created a feed station where they also set a trap. Once trapped she was transported immediately to our veterinary partner for assessment and treatment for her injuries. Muriel was suspected to be hit by a car resulting in a broken leg severe enough that her leg needed to be amputated for immediate relief of her pain and discomfort. During her time at the vet, she blossomed and showed her forgiving and gentle nature all through this traumatic event. She was grateful as she was inspiring. She did not skip a beat after her surgery, she was up and hopping around like she has been on 3 legs all her life. She was transferred out of the vet where she now stays in boarding. She is dog, kid, and so very people friendly. She is a gentle soul, but she is so very much a puppy at heart. She cannot contain her excitement and has yet to remember her manners. She is ready to hop to her forever home !
