My story
Neo comes to us from a high kill shelter in Texas. This boy was clearly someone's per as his leash manners are amazing! He loves to go for walks and play with dogs of all sizes. He is very sweet and grateful to be saved! He is 96#, paperwork puts him at about a year. www.mountainrottierescue.net
