Faith is such a cute looking terrier mix puppy. Just look at her distinctive brown eyes, those short floppy ears, and that ready smile. She has a short gray and white coat. Faith is about 6 months old and currently weighs around 29 pounds. When full grown she will probably be over 50 pounds. Terrier mixes are known to be smart, loving, and confident. They can be very active and like to run around to burn off energy. Add to that the traits of playfulness and good-naturedness and you have an appealing mix. Faith enjoys the company of other dogs while running around in a secure play area. Faith is a great and easy going companion to cats as well. She is very comfortable with children and enjoys spending time with them. Puppies have lots of potential, and since Faith is smart and friendly, she can grow to be a wonderful companion in the right home. She will need an owner who has had experience and/or knowledge working with puppies. Using the right guidance with consistency and patience, will help her with the skills she needs to master. Cheerful praise and lots of treats will go a long way in helping Faith master those skills. Faith is learning all she can learn with her house training and leash training still in the works. However, her hard work has paid off as she has mastered her crate training skills. Since she is like most puppies, Faith will probably be a quick learner once routines are established. Daily short walks (under thirty minutes) will be a good opportunity to work on leash skills as well as socialization skills. It will be a new world to her with all the new sights, smells, sounds, and people along her walk. Please note: She may not be a running companion until at least age one when her growth plate closes.Faith will also appreciate free time in the back yard or at a local dog park. Keeping her mind active with activities that provide physical and mental stimulation will prevent boredom. Are you willing to commit to the time and energy needed to raise this puppy so that she can reach her full potential of being a loving, devoted companion? If yes, read on.*When considering adoption, keep in mind that dogs thrive on structure and routine. They adjust much better when their owners are committed to providing consistency and stability. The adoption fee for Faith is $500.
