My story

Hello there, I'm Precious. And no, I'm not full of myself, that's really my name. At 15 years young, I've perfected the art of the judgmental stare, but don't let that fool you-it's just my face. I enjoy sunbeams, quiet afternoons, and people who respect my personal space before earning my affection. Yes, I might grumble when you disturb my nap, but I have a lot of love to give, and I like to show it with little shoulder bumps. I'm looking for a peaceful home to live out my golden years where my occasional grumpiness is appreciated as the charming character trait it truly is. After all, I've earned the right to be particular-and I promise that when I do choose to curl up in your lap, you'll feel like the most special human in the world.I need a home without cats. We just don't get along - even if they don't mind me, I can't be in the same home with them.If there are kids in my new home, I need them to be older than 6 and must meet them before going home.
