Meet Penelope! Penelope is a curious cutie with a heart full of affection and just a hint of sass! She’ll greet you with a graceful leg rub and stick close by, always interested in what you’re up to. Penelope enjoys being held, showered with attention, and isn’t shy about giving “love nibbles” to show she cares (consider them tiny kisses with personality). Social, friendly, and full of charm, she’s the kind of cat who makes every room feel warmer. If you’re looking for a feline friend who’s equal parts sweet and spunky, Penelope’s your girl! Penelope is spayed, microchipped, and up to date on all of her vaccinations. You can meet her at the CASPCA between the hours of 12 and 6 PM daily, no appointment necessary.
