My story

Felicity was found as a stray in Clarksville and was brought to Montgomery County Animal Care and Control. Once a fierce little lady of the streets, Felicity knows a thing or two about setting boundaries and she is NOT shy about it! (Hey, after surviving the outdoor life, a gal earns the right to speak her mind.) She came to us with a reputation for being a bit reserved, and was whisked away from the noisy shelter scene to see if she'd shine in a foster home. Now she’s all about the zoomies, sneak attacks on toys, and surprise cuddle ambushes. She’s affectionate on her own terms and will let you know when she has had enough and will go off on her own She will let you know her boundaries with a swipe or two of her paw! Felicity rocks two adorable white freckles on her head that definitely don’t look like devil horns. Nope. Not even a little. She’s 100% purrfect angel.  This sassy sweetheart would thrive in a home with older cat experienced kids (or none at all), where she can enjoy her space and call the shots. She’s a bit picky with her fellow pets, so slow introductions are a must if you’ve already got furry roommates. Felicity’s ready for a home that gets her: confident, clever, a little spicy, and a whole lotta sweet. Could that be you? She is selective about liking other cats and dogs, so proper introductions and time to adjust will be paramount to her successful adoption-please understand this if you have other pets!! Finders Keepers Cat Rescue is a foster home-based rescue in Clarksville, TN, and our cats are in private foster homes in the Clarksville area. Kittens under 6 months must be adopted in pairs or have another cat already in the home. An adoption application is required to meet our kitties. Once your application is reviewed and upon approval, we will then provide the information to schedule a meet and greet with their foster.   We are a 100% volunteer run organization and have varying hours, as our volunteers work during the day, our goal is to process adoption applications within 24-72 hours, please be patient with us!
