Layla

My story

Layla is a beautiful 7 month old puppy, with the most striking blue eyes, which leads us to believe there is some Husky in the mix. It takes her a little while when meeting new people, but she is a playful puppy, and will do well in a house with another dog. She is friendly with all people and loves playing with other dogs. Her foster mom says she could play all day, yet will relax and is chill once back in the house. She loves playing in her foster neighbor's yard, and also just sitting on the front porch of her own home. Layla loves going on walks, and walks very well on the leash. She is treat motivated, which is always a plus at training time. She knows “paw”, “ come”, “ drop it” and her name. Layla could be a great walking/exercise partner. She understands potty training and is doing well when kept on a schedule. After going potty, she just prances and takes in the scenery. Once home, she will play/wrestle with her foster sister, look out the window, and either chew her bone or squeaky toy, or just lie down and chill. Layla goes into her crate easily and sleeps through the night. With a canine buddy to guide her, Layla will be a loving and loyal member of her forever family.
