My story

Lane in the care center has been highly stressed in his kennel despite best efforts to keep him comfortable. Lane has began to chew on his water bowl, bark incessantly throughout the day in his kennel and heavily panting. Outside of his kennel, Lane is social and playful with staff but is struggling to acclimate in the care center. Medically, Lane is apparently healthy.What my friends at ACC say about me:I need a home without cats or small animals.I need a home where there are no other dogs.I am finding the shelter a bit overwhelming. Outside one-on-one I am a great big cuddle bug.I love getting pets and - you guessed it - snuggles!I would appreciate slow introductions to new people and places to help me feel safe.
