Dainty, Laid-back, Mature Meet Bomb Pop: Your Future Best Friend Bomb Pop is a gentle, retired mama cat searching for her forever home. With her beautiful lemony-orange coat and petite frame, she’s as lovely as she is sweet. Bomb Pop raised her solo kitten—her baby boy recently found his own loving family—and now it’s her turn to be cherished. When she wants attention, Bomb Pop will let you know by headbutting you and rubbing around your legs, and then will flop over for more pets. She hasn’t warmed up to lap sitting yet, but adores hearty head pets and scratches at the base of her tail! Bomb Pop is playful but mature about it, so she doesn’t get too rowdy. Unless you give her a kicker toy. She loves a good kicker toy! As a female orange tabby, Bomb Pop is rather uncommon; only about 1 out of 5 orange tabbies are female! And with her big ears and angular features, she is an elegant beauty. She didn’t care for the chaos of the shelter, preferring the calmness of her own home. She is cautious at first, but once she is comfortable, she enjoys rubbing up against you for pets and companionship. Bomb Pop is generally unbothered by other cats, though cautious if they approach her. She leaves the resident dog alone, and appreciates if he leaves her alone, too! Bomb Pop is looking for a low-traffic home with a calm and understanding family who will respect her boundaries and give her the time she needs to settle in. She’s affectionate on her own terms and will reward your patience with trust and love - there’s nothing quite like earning the trust of a cat like Bomb Pop!
