My story

Meet Chloe, a sweet 1-year-old 20lb Carolina Dog mix. She’s blossoming every day, gaining confidence as she learns to feel at home. She’s is not used going on walks yet, but she enjoys having a backyard for her potty breaks. Chloe is crate trained, house trained, and fantastic with both dogs and kids. She is a bit under-weight and is working on gaining some weight. She is doing great in her foster home and looking forward to finding her new home. If you are interested in adopting Chloe, please submit an inquiry directly to Greater Charlotte SPCA by visiting charlottespca.org/adopt. The adoption amount is a suggested donation of $200 to $300 dollars based on the pet’s age.    **Because our rescue is composed entirely of volunteers, local applications will take precedence. We will accept out of town applications, but any family is responsible for coming to Charlotte to complete a meet and greet. All out of town applicants will also have to be willing to drive to Charlotte to pick up the pet as soon as they are approved to adopt. **    April 17, 2025, 5:05 pm
