This remarkable little girl came to DASH with several other dogs when their owner passed away unexpectedly. She is tiny and her biggest characteristic is she is missing part of her front paw, which we believe she was born that way. It doesn't cause her any pain and she uses it just fine. This little one has endured quite a lot since coming to DASH, as she was diagnosed with kidney stones, several rather large ones at that for a pup so tiny, and had to have surgery to have them all removed. She is now totally healed up and you'd never know the pain she was in. She is extremely shy, and loves to just be carried around by her foster mom. She also does not really like being outside, and expresses her dislike for that by just using pee pads. She has a very humorous bark that she uses on larger dogs, as she is very fearful of them, but is fine with smaller dogs. She would be great for a senior looking for a constant companion. Due to her small size, young children are not recommended. She has ignored the cat in her foster home. Put in your application to meet Sugar today!
