My story

Smitty’s heart is as big as his fluffy curls. He’s searching for a forever home that’s just as full of love as he is. The moment he arrived at his foster home, Smitty warmed up instantly—he’s a cuddle bug who loves to give kisses and soak up all the belly rubs! His funny personality keeps everyone smiling, and he’s also incredibly smart and respectful of boundaries. The Perfect Home for Smitty: A house with a big yard—Apartment life is too busy and noisy for him. An owner committed to training—He’s smart and eager to learn! Someone home most of the day—He thrives on companionship. Older respectful kids are okay. What Makes Smitty Special? Cuddly and affectionate—He loves to be close to his people. A total goofball—His silly personality will keep you laughing. Smart and eager to please—He respects boundaries and learns quickly. Doesn’t enjoy encountering strange dogs while on walks—He does better in quieter areas and needs well-planned introductions. If you’re looking for a loving, loyal, and hilarious companion who just wants to be your best buddy (and get unlimited belly rubs!), Smitty is your guy! Smitty’s adoption fee is $600. He is HW negative, current on all HW/flea preventatives, neutered, and microchipped. All adoption fees go toward expenses like medical costs and food for Doodle Dandy dogs and help make it possible for us to continue giving amazing pups like Smitty a second chance.
