My story

Meet Prudy (Prudence)…. Prudence is a sweet, soft, gentle soul and a cuddle bug at just 40 lbs. She was very timid and afraid when she first came in, but adapted well to her new environment. She enjoys walks, taking naps, playing with her toys, and chewy treats. Needs a gentle hand and repetition for training or she won't respond. She has so much love to give to her forever family, and she's easy to love. She doesn't bark or dig holes in yard. Likes other dogs and cautious of cats. Leash training is going well, and slowly adapting to crate, which eventually she won't need. This affectionate sweetheart will stay by your side, and try to be the best doggie she can for you. If you are interested in meeting this lovely lady, please submit an application. All current pets MUST be up to date on vaccines and spayed/neutered unless there is a medical reason. Limited resources to follow up on pending adoptions and delays in processing payments is adding to our financial restrictions. Going forward we will collect payment when the dog is transferred to the potential new owner and will be held for an agreed upon trial time. Exceptions or extended trial times will be considered on a case by case basis and will depend upon the need or situation.
