My story

Pretzel Needs a Foster/Adopter in Illinois - He will be ready to be place din a home after May 1st, 2025. Hey there, I’m Pretzel, and I’m hoping you’re the one who can change my life forever. I’m a 2-year-old Pit Bull Terrier, and I’ve been through some tough times, but my heart is still full of love, and I’m ready to share it with you! I was at a shelter in Georgia, and things were looking pretty scary for me. I was really sick with pneumonia, and my time was running out. But then something amazing happened – the kind people at Angel Dog Alliance swooped in and saved me! I got the care I needed, and I'm now ready for a foster or forever home. I'm now in Illinois with my friends from ADA! Here’s the thing: I’m looking for someone who will give me a chance to show them just how much love I’ve got to give. I’m friendly with other dogs and people, and I just love to play! I weigh about 45 lbs, so I’m the perfect size for snuggling up next to you. Why you’ll love me: I’m super sweet and full of love. I get along great with other dogs – I’d love to have a playmate! Goofy, intelligent and a foodie! My favorite activities? Walks, cuddles, and giving you all the affection you could ever want. Playful and loving I’ve been through a lot, but I know my forever home is out there. Will you be the one to give me the safe, loving home I’ve always dreamed of?
