Vander (FIV+)

My story

Vander is a 3-year-old, loving and playful cat looking for his forever home! He's an athletic fellow who loves to climb and jump onto higher surfaces. He relishes the panoramic view and is a pro at keeping tabs on his humans from above. Vander is also very playful and can often be found rolling around in his cat tunnels, making his humans laugh and smile with his silly antics. If you can't find Vander up high in his cat tree, you’ll probably find him on a human’s lap, soaking up love and attention. Vander is FIV+, but that doesn't mean he can't live a long, normal, and healthy life! Cats with FIV commonly have average lifespans. Because FIV is spread only through deep bite wounds, FIV positive cats are able to live with FIV negative cats in stable social environments.
