My story

Gadget is the son of the also available Gidget. He is the only surviving member of his litter and had to be bottle fed, as his very young mother did not have her milk come in. He also had an injury - likely at birth - where his right front leg was broken and healed with the elbow fused. However, that does not stop this spunky boy from doing anything he wants, and it does not bother him in the least. We do not believe that this is a congenital issue, nor do we foresee any health issues coming from this.  He is a gorgeous Russian Blue, and oh my does he have personality. He loves to climb and play, both with his mom and by himself. He's an attention hog and will happily sit in your arms as you love on him. He's still a small little guy right now, and his lack of nutrition in his very early life may have stunted his growth somewhat, but he's good to go now.  While you may be tempted to pick him up and lift him up and down from high places, he will quickly prove that he's fully capable of getting everywhere he wants to go even with his funky paw. Determination is his middle name.  He isn't overly rambunctious. He does need to be adopted with his mom Gidget, but the two of them are friendly and accommodating and would be happy to join your existing house full of pets, as well.  Gadget is available for adoption at our vet's office where she is housed in the cat room there.
