My story

Perhaps you've heard the story of "Puss in Boots"? Well this is the story of Mama Boots, the affectionate white-footed tabby. This sweet cat was rescued from near The Friendly Spot Ice House. She is now questing for a Forever Home that would offer her the human love and attention she craves. Whoever adopts Mama Boots will quickly learn that if you scratch her back at the base of her tail, or let her climb into your lap for pets, she rewards you with soft, happy purrs.  She even enjoys bath time as long as you're the one bathing. Mama Boots will sit on the edge of your tub, splashing the water with her paw. Is she fishing? Playing? Trying to splash her foster? We don't know. What we do know is that Mama Boots is one attractive kitty. Check out those white paws, her white chest and dramatic black, gray and white markings. Or just appreciate that she gets along well with cats and dogs. In fact at her foster's home, Mama Boots not only lives with dogs but steals their plastic lambchop-shaped squeaky toys! Yes, Mama Boots loves to play. She also adores grilled chicken, or wet cat food. Salmon Pate is her favorite flavor of canned food. Just don't try substituting Whitefish for Salmon. Mama Boots knows the difference. Food preferences aside, this is a super friendly feline, gentle enough to live with children and content just to be loved.
