HOW TO ADOPT: This cat is participating in our Shelter Cat Getaway foster program, which gives cats a vacation from the shelter and lets them enjoy home life while they wait to be adopted. To schedule a time to meet this cat, please contact Mary at mmccarroll@arl-iowa.org or Carol at cgriglione@arl-iowa.org.---Boris and Buddy are Bonded Buddies. They'll be adopted as a pair. - Sweet, shy, loving cat who is very bonded to his cat buddy- Once he is comfortable, and has settled into his new home, he enjoys hanging out with his humans and even sleeping with them! - He loves to play with wand toys and is playful with his cat buddy- Such a loving cat who enjoys making biscuits! He also sounds like a dinosaur when he meows - a perfect, loving gentleman of a cat- Young, noisy or busy children are too much for him, so he's looking for a mature home that's calm and predictable- Will be a wonderful friend for a calm, patient person who can give him the time and patience he needs to become comfortable- He will thrive in a home with someone who loves the quiet life just like he does - he will be a wonderful companion- May have feline idiopathic cystitis (FIC) but has been doing great in a foster home and has shown no signs of the condition while eating a special diet. He will need to stay on this diet, or another food as prescribed by your veterinarian (more info at ARL)All adoptable cats and kittens are spayed/neutered, microchipped and up to date on vaccinations (rabies and FVRCP as appropriate for their age) Primary Color: Orange Tabby Secondary Color: White Weight: 11.7 Age: 6yrs 10mths 0wks
