My story

🩷🤞🏻 SHE DESERVES THE BEST 🤞🏻🩷 Four and a half years ago, Gramercy joined our rescue after her mother was hit and killed by a FedEx truck when she was an infant. She left Bosley’s Place with a family who promised her forever…only to be betrayed in the worst way. Instead of standing by her, they dumped her at the county shelter to be euthanized after she snapped at their other dog…evidently reacting because she was in a great deal of pain from a neglected injury that we are now focusing on repairing. Thanks to the incredible and diligent shelter staff, she made it back to us before it was too late. They saw her and we see her for who she really is…a loving, wonderful dog who had been failed by the people who were supposed to care for her. She is pain free now with medication, but a surgical repair will ensure she can live the rest of her life without discomfort. Her surgery has been scheduled for mid April to accommodate her foster’s travel schedule, and after that, she will be ready for a fresh start with a family who will never let her down. Through it all, Gramercy has remained the sweetest, most loving girl…no behavioral issues (not one), just a heart full of love and a spirit that refuses to be broken. She adores car rides…exploring outside…and catching treats mid air. She is playful, affectionate, and always ready to snuggle. She deserves a family who will love her for life.
