My story

Cocoa is a friendly, social girl who absolutely adores human attention. She’ll happily greet you with a toy in her mouth—ready to play, or maybe just to show off her prized possession. Whether you're tossing her favorite ball or simply hanging out, Cocoa wants to be where the people are. She’s content lounging on her bed nearby, but she’ll never say no to belly rubs (she truly can’t get enough!). This affectionate sweetheart has a gentle, gracious spirit and seems to have a sixth sense when it comes to emotions—she’ll quietly comfort you if you're feeling down, offering the kind of companionship that fills your heart. Cocoa thrives on daily games of fetch and would love a fenced yard where she can stretch her legs and play to her heart’s content. She enjoys swimming too—water is definitely her happy place! While Cocoa is indifferent to other dogs and gets along just fine, she much prefers the company of humans. She’s great with kids of all ages and would be a loving, loyal companion in just about any home. Cocoa does have idiopathic epilepsy, but her condition is well-managed with medication. She’s doing great and continues to live a happy, active life. If you're looking for a soulful, sweet-natured dog who will choose you every time, Cocoa is ready to fill your life with joy (and belly rub opportunities).
