My story

My name is Salmon and I came to the shelter a stray so not much is known about my history. I have been on several dog day outs and volunteers report that I am a super sweet girl, good on a leash, and love to be outdoors. My adoption fee has been fully sponsored.Adopt me and pay $0.00!!!INSIGHTS FROM MY ADVENTURE BUDDIES:`We had a great dog day out with Salmon! We walked along Bolin Creek and she enjoyed the new smells and was interested in the dogs and people who passed by. She was very friendly! She loved her treats...not so interested in her frozen treat. Full of energy! She will make a great pet for someone who can take her on long walks.``Salmon was the best dog ever. She was very well trained and knew the situation command well. She seems leash trained and house trained. She settled down well if you want to take a nap or watch a tv show. She loves being outside. She also seems crate trained and has no complaints about heading into a crate. She’s truly an extremely lovable dog!!``Salmon was such a sweet and curious dog! She was easy to walk and did not bark at anything. She was super happy to be on the trail and enjoyed looking out the window in the car. Overall she is such a sweet and gentle dog!``We love Salmon!!! We took her to Carolina North Forest and she had the best time. She was great on a leash and didn’t pull. She loves sniffing the trees and flowers. She was very gentle with us!! After the walk she laid down in the back of my car and rested the entire way. The best day!`

If you have any questions or would like to adopt *SALMON, please reach out to the adoption group directly. PetSmart Charities does not facilitate the adoption process. Thank you.
