My story

Hey there future family! I'm Gold—the little furry dynamo with a heart of gold—and I have an equally radiant brother named Silver, but he has his own listing, this one is mine. Our tale began as strays on the sun-soaked streets of Yuma, some how we got lost and ended up at the Humane Society of Yuma and our previous family never came to rescue us. For weeks, we patiently waited for kind souls to notice us. When that didn’t happen, the incredible team at the humane society stepped in and arranged for us to go on a little adventure to Phoenix. Now we're living it up at Central Arizona Animal Rescue, brimming with hope and tail wags! Here's what makes me the perfect companions for you: I am youthful and lovable: At 6 months old, I am the perfect age—old enough to know how to cuddle, yet young enough to learn new tricks! I am a pocket-sized pal: I am small and will stay that way when full grown, making me the ideal buddy for a small home or apartment. I am a social butterfly: I adore meeting people, playing with other dogs, and laughing along with children. I am the life of every party and the calm after every storm. I am a lap dog extraordinaire: I love nothing more than curling up in your warm lap for a snuggle session, making every moment cozy. I am purrrrrr-fect with cats: Being small and cool with a learning attitude, I can easily befriend any feline friends already in your home. I am healthy & happiness is assured: I am up-to-date on my vaccinations, neutered, and even have a microchip—my little badge of reliability. Imagine coming home to a joyful pup who greets you with wagging tail and warm puppy eyes. Picture lazy afternoons on the couch, playful romps at the park, and endless companionship that fills your heart as much as your home.
