The volunteers describe him as sweet but a bit scared, cute, and adorable. The volunteers are working to help him come out of his shell little by little. We know the shelter can be a scary place for any pup. But with time, patience, devotion, unconditional love, he will blossom into the wonderful pup we know he is!
