Scamp

My story

My name is Scamp. That's cuz I was born outside, but decided I could do better, so I made friends with,a nice lady who invited me in. She had other cats and I was shy, so I lived a while in her bathroom which I had great fun rearranging. When the Magicats lady said I could come live with her, the first lady said, "he's a mischief - so be careful" and that's how they chose Scamp for a name. I quite like it, but I'm really a nice kid, just not quite ready for prime time! Pretty shy & careful cuz I don't know much about Humans, but in my Magicat foster home the wonderful cats of all ages are showing me the ropes. Two of the bigger, older ones are my best friends. I'm not sure I want to be a lap cat, or picked up, so I'm probably not ready for prime time yet, but my house manners are getting better. I like the quiet cat ladies who are in charge, and they are patiently helping me get it all figured out. I'm healthy, handsome, medical work is done, and now it's all about mastering some people skills. When the Head Cat Lady says I'm ready, you'll find me on the website and together we can choose my forever home! I don't know any dogs and the idea of small children scares me to death, so I'll prob'ly be a good choice for a quiet, cat-experienced, adult household with maybe some polite older cats who can finish teaching me how to be a great House and People kitty. That's a pretty exciting idea! Stay tuned!
