My story
Cherry (9/6/24) was flown from St Thomas USVI to Pet Search in March 2025. She is one of several community dogs living on the island and being cared for by an elderly caretaker. Cherry is very sweet, gentle and loving. She is medium size (around 35 pounds) and is spayed, fully vaccinated and microchipped. Cherry had two trips to Ohio State once she arrived to Pet Search-one to monitor her heart, which she has a low grade heart murmur. The cardiologist feels she will outgrow as she matures. The other was to check her lymph nodes but found that she has a chicken allergy.
