My story

Meet Milly, a precious pup with a heart as warm as her snuggles. Born on February 3, 2025, Milly came into our care with her brother after being surrendered by their previous owner. They were part of an unwanted litter, and by the time they arrived at the rescue, the rest of their siblings had already been given away at a very young age. Despite her rocky start, Milly has blossomed into the most delightful little girl, full of charm and personality. She strikes the perfect balance between sweet and spunky—always up for playtime, eager to explore her surroundings, and just as happy to curl up in your lap when the excitement winds down. Her curiosity leads her on mini adventures around the house and yard, and her affectionate nature means she’s never far from your side when you sit down to relax. Milly is the kind of puppy who looks to her people for guidance and reassurance, and she’s already showing how smart and eager to please she is. With a little love and continued training, Milly is sure to grow into a loyal, well-mannered companion. She’s currently thriving in a foster home in Texas where she’s learning all about the comforts of indoor life, toys, routines, and lots of belly rubs. Milly is ready to start the next chapter of her life with a family who will cherish her and give her all the love she’s been waiting for. If you're looking for a gentle, playful, and snuggly best friend, Milly might just be your perfect match. All of our dogs are located in a foster home in Texas, Colorado, or Pennsylvania. Our dogs are transported to a predetermined location agreed upon by the rescue. The adoption contract and fee are finalized prior to transport. As a Mutts N Such direct adoption, the adoption interview/meet and greet occurs on video call (Skype, FB Messenger call, Facetime, etc).Our out of state adoption fee is $350 plus transport (varies by location). This fee includes all current vaccinations, deworming, a registered microchip, fecal analysis, spay/neuter for pets 6 months & older, and a heartworm test if over 6 months old. All dogs will be current on flea/heartworm prevention. A health exam will be completed and a certificate issued by a veterinarian within 10 days.
