Courtesy Post: Caesar Needs a Loving Home Meet Caesar, a 4-year-old German Shepherd/Husky mix looking for a new home. His family is heartbroken to rehome him due to their child’s severe allergies, but they want to find him a loving and understanding owner. About Caesar: Breed: German Shepherd/Husky mix Age: 4 years old Gender: Male (not neutered) Color: Brown & black Vaccinations: Up to date Training: Crate trained & potty trained Temperament: Loyal, affectionate, and protective once he bonds with someone Other Pets & People: Initially wary of new people and animals—he may growl or bark at first but becomes very loving once comfortable Resource Guarding: Protective of his food and toys, so needs an experienced owner who can manage this behavior Ideal Home for Caesar: Caesar would thrive in a home with an experienced dog owner who understands slow introductions and is patient with him as he builds trust. All dogs have been been vaccinated with DHPP and Bordatella (kennel cough) and heartworm tested negative (if over 6 months).    All cats have been vaccinated with FVRCP and current on flea control.
