My story

Meet Squeegee! Squeegee came to us from San Diego Humane Society on April 11th. He is 10 years old, weighs 10 lbs., and is SO sweet. He's also a lot of fun! A volunteer took little Squeegee for a special outing to Barnett Ranch Preserve and then to a coffee shop for a yummy pup cup. She shared this glowing review afterwards: "Squeegee is a great little hiker! He did the whole loop at the preserve and then up to the pond and back. He was ready for a nice long drink of water when we returned to the parking lot. We chatted with a Park employee, and Squeegee was on best behavior. Squeegee was a little fussy in the car. I think he just wanted to look out the window. For safety’s sake. he settled in my soft-sided carrier after a correction and “good boy.” At the coffee shop, he was a perfect gentleman. He waited patiently for our order, which included a pup cup. We sat outside near the door. About a dozen people walked in and out right past us, and Squeegee just observed quietly. A little girl and her grandma stopped to talk with us. Squeegee had no reaction even when a Rottweiler walked by. Mostly, he sat on my lap and rested his chin on my arm. Squeegee is just too sweet.
