My story

Padme is a 10-month-old Siamese girl with a gentle soul who has taken her time to come out of her shell, but she’s making wonderful progress. She’s a bit reserved and it took her over a month to feel comfortable enough to be in the same room as her foster mom. She can still be a little startled and might hiss if caught off guard, but don`t let that fool you—Padme is just a bit shy and sensitive.Despite her cautious nature, Padme has always been very curious about her humans. She’ll watch you from afar with interest, and if you’re patient and don`t rush her, she’ll slowly approach for some love. About a month ago, she started rubbing up against her foster mom’s legs for attention, and more recently, she’s even started joining her on the couch for some cozy moments together. She’s definitely making progress in trusting people, and while she’s still not fully comfortable with being held, she’s eager to be social and enjoys petting when she’s ready.Padme has also done wonderfully with accepting affection from other people—showing that, with time, she can build strong bonds with everyone she meets. She’s looking for a calm, patient home where she can continue to grow and feel safe. With a little love and understanding, Padme will surely blossom into the affectionate, trusting companion she’s meant to be.Padme must be adopted with her sister, Rey, as they are a bonded pair and are happiest together. Appointments are required to meet Padme and Rey, so be sure to reach out and schedule a visit!
