My story

Meet the Cats of Gettysburg at the Kitty Corner by Forever Love Rescue AFFECTIONATE AND GENTLE Meow! My name is Charlee. My estimated date of birth is 5/14/2022. I am just the sweetest girl! I am very loving, but also very polite. I will wait patiently to be noticed, and when you do notice me and give me attention, I become so happy! I will squint my eyes, rub against your hand, and purr loudly. I am very gentle and even-tempered. I am quiet. I just love being the center of attention! I would prefer a home without other cats. At times, cats can make me very stressed. I am good with dogs. I am good with children, but prefer older, respectful children. I am in a foster home--meetings with me can be easily arranged!Meet the #CatsOfGettysburg - Apply to adopt at bit.ly/AdoptFLR and we will help you find the purr-fect kitty for your family!  Visit dozens of our adoptable cats and kittens at our Kitty Corner adoption center 39 Queen St in historic Gettysburg PA on any Saturday or Sunday from 11am-3pm.  All of the cats listed are located in or near Gettysburg unless otherwise noted. Please note that while we work hard to keep our available cats up to date we also have many  that are not posted yet.  Adoption fees are $60 for adult cats and kittens over 6 months old, $100 for kittens (under 6 months) and $30 for senior cats (7 years+) to help cover vet bills for spay/neuter, basic vaccinations, testing, microchips and preventatives.  No cat will be officially adopted without being spayed/neutered and vaccinated (unless there are health risks in doing so).  We highly recommend adopting kittens in pairs and we do discount for double adoptions here to encourage it.   We are always in need of donations to help us continue to save hundreds of cats and kittens every year.  Visit bit.ly/DonateFLR for more info.
