My story

Meet Umi! Unfortunately this is not Umi's first time at FCDACS, after being adopted last summer she has found her way back here again. We recently picked Umi up as a stray after she became quite the local celebrity, hiding out in the woods and requiring a trap to be caught. Though it seems Umi may have been on her own for a while after being, coming back to us thin and covered in ticks, she is still the happy and energetic pup we knew before! Like many Huskies, Umi is an energetic girl that would benefit from an outlet for her energy. Umi would do best in a home without children, though she may do well with respectful older children. Umi has previously done well with other dogs, though she can come on strong and has a typical Husky playstyle. If you have other animals in your home we recommend bringing them in for a meet and greet before taking Umi home.
