My story

Betty is a beautiful, resilient cat with a heart full of love. She was found in town, emaciated and terrified, alongside her two kittens. But once she was safe, she blossomed into the affectionate, playful girl she is today. Her kittens have since found their forever homes, and now it’s Betty’s turn! Betty adores attention and will shower you with love—literally! She loves to groom your head and hair, play with her toys, and soak up all the pets and belly rubs she can get. However, she does have some hypersensitivity on her lower back, which can cause spasms if scratched too much. Because of this, she’d do best in a home with older, understanding adopters who can respect her needs. Betty is fantastic with other cats and dogs, making her a wonderful addition to any household. Please note that our animals are rescued and transported from South Mississippi where major animal overpopulation means less homes. We only transport them if adopted, in most instances, we can be available for a video call once an application has been approved. We are USDA certified, and WE PERSONALLY TRANSPORT OUR OWN adopted animals to meet their new families. We transport every 2-3 weeks. Our adoption fee includes the spay/neuter, age-appropriate vaccinations, Microchip, Mississippi Health Certificate, and the transport service to get the new family pet to you
