My story

Beautiful, Elusive, Endearing Elphie is a sweet kitty looking for a patient, compassionate human who understands she’s been through some hard times. She’ll seek out a quiet, safe space as she begins to slowly socialize, and with time, becomes a low-key companion. Despite her shy nature, Elphie is full of playful energy. She loves chasing her toys and ice cubes, and her favorite part of the day is her morning routine—zooming around after pieces of kibble in a game that’s equal parts snack and sport. She values her personal space and can startle easily if approached too quickly. But, after a stretch of quiet co-existence, she may hop up and sit with you on the couch every now and again. If you find comfort in living with a shy but playful companion who doesn’t need constant attention to feel at home, Elphie could be your perfect match!
