My story

Super Sweet, Cuddly, Chatty Like her namesake from Babymetal, Su-Metal has star power—just with more purring and less rawr. Walk into her room and she’ll light up, greeting you with a little ‘hello’ and inviting you to visit with her. She’s not shy about asking for attention! Sit down on the floor and she’ll hop down from her perch to curl up in your lap, soaking in the love before heading off to her cat bed for a little nap and self-care routine. She’s gotta keep that fur soft and lovely! Su-Metal is chatty, affectionate, and loves a good cuddle. She did very well with an elderly woman in a wheelchair - she jumped into her lap! She leans into pets, rolls onto her side with a purr, and even enjoys a gentle brushing session. Basically, if you’re into cozy company, calm affection, and a little kitty conversation, she’s your girl. Come meet Su-Metal! Su-Metal has tested positive for Feline Leukemia. FeLV is not a type of cancer. It's a virus that causes a weaker immune system and often a shorter life-span. For the most part, 'FeLVies' are just like any other cat. APA! waives the adoption fees of these cats, and provides FeLV-related treatment and support post-adoption. Su-Metal can only live with other FeLV+ cats, but dogs and other animals are just fine!
