My story

Meet Kaiser! Kaiser is a classic hound through and through! He came to CAHS after his previous owner could no longer care for him, and now he’s ready to find a loving forever home. True to his breed, Kaiser loves to follow his nose — going on “sniffaris” is one of his favorite activities! He’s always up for a good run, a bit of exploring, and plenty of affection. This sweet boy has a lot of love to give and is looking for someone who will enjoy his adventurous spirit. Kaiser hasn’t had experience with cats or kids, so a home without them would be the best fit. He has lived with other dogs before and could potentially enjoy a canine companion with the right match. If you’re looking for a fun-loving, loyal pup with a hound’s heart and nose, Kaiser might just be your perfect trail buddy.
