My story

Meet Miss Lady! This sweet girl is looking for a home to call her own! Meet Lady! She is a 1ish year-old and has the sweetest disposition coupled with big puppy playful energy. Lady LOVES to hang around people, run, fetch, and explore the backyard. In the time her foster family has had her, she has grown leaps and bounds with learning basic commands and going on daily walks. She is fostered in a home with 2 children (ages 7 and 4), and has been very sweet with them. She loves to be the life of the party! Lady has been in a training program and is smart, eager to please, and working on socialization. She is dog friendly and was boarded with another big dog in the house, as well as had the opportunity to meet some other doggy friends along the way.Some other things about Lady…- Great going potty outside- Receptive to crate training- Not cat tested- High to low energy (depends on what’s going down in house)- Easily offended by throw pillows- Could be a great jogging or hiking partner- Good with kids, and really loves helping them pick up their toys- Can sleep quietly away from the family- As graceful as a thoroughbred- Not a kisser/licker, but loves to hug and lean in- Like a fine wine – just keeps getting better and better- Did we mention sweet?
